Park Ki Woong is going to the army.

He will be enlisting at the Nonsan Training Center on May 8, and after receiving basic military training, he will be serving as a police officer.

In a recent phone call with Newsen, Park Ki Woong’s agency stated, “Park Ki Woon applied to become general police officer and was accepted.”

Park Ki Woong finished fimling his movie Sinchon Zombie Comic, which is awaiting its premiere on May 15. He continued to focus on SBS’ My Heart Beats even right before his enlistment. He finished his last filming for the show in April.

Meanwhile, Park Ki Woong debuted in 2006 with the movie Kaidan in 2005, He left a strong impression as the character Kimura Shunji in KBS’ Bridal Mask. Park Ki Woong has also been active appearing in films such as Secretly, Greatly and Someone Behind You.
