Henry to Join “Real Men” Cast as 2nd Foreign Soldier

SM Entertainment‘s Henry will join the cast of the popular variety show, “Real Men.”

A representative of MBC told Sports Seoul, “Henry has been cast as the new member of ‘Real Men’. With Sam Hammington being the first, he will be the second foreign soldier. We can expect this addition to bring fun and energy to the show.”

With the coming of the second season, “Real Men” will try to bring a new energy and entertainment to the show, along with a few new members. Sam Hammington, as the foreigner representative on the show, became popular with his endearing charms. It is expected that Henry will also be a bright addition to the show, with his own unique charms and appeal.

It was announced earlier on this year that “Real Men” would be going through some changes as some members would leave, and some new members will join. Actor Jang Hyuk confirmed his departure on the show and it was revealed that there would be at least one more. Celebrities like Jin Goo, Chun Jung Myung, and Park Gun Hyung were rumored to be looking into joining the cast, but no official decision had been announced yet.

MBC‘s popular reality program “Real Men” has finalized its new cast members.

Previously, it had been reported that Henry would join the show as the second “foreign solider” on the show. Now it has been revealed that singer K.Will and actors Chun Jung Myung and Park Gun Hyung will join Henry as the new additions to the show. Actor Jin Goo had been reportedly looking favorably on joining the show, but did not end up in the cast.

“Real Men” is hoping to bring a new energy and fun to the audiences with the addition of these new members. The program will continue to train the celebrity to become “real men” with real army training, but has plans to put the old and new members in a new environment and give them different challenges.

I'm excited for him! I think the ratings have gone down a bit but it's still fairly high profile, so this is a great opportunity. He elicited a really favorable response from the couple of variety appearances he made last year during his Trap promotions, so if he does well here it could do a lot to bolster his profile. I was hoping SM would place him on more variety programs after the positive feedback he got, but I didn't actually think they would, and certainly not as a fixed member of a pretty popular show.

Re: Henry and Zhou Mi, I don't get the attitude of dismissing Zhou Mi's participation in SM The Ballad as nothing. People have been complaining for him to get something to do, and now that he has it gets called "nothing"?
