FTISLAND’s Song Seung Hyun to Duet with Comedian Song Eun Yi



FTISLAND’s Song Seung Hyun (age 21) and labelmate Song Eun Yi (age 41) will have a collaboration. This duet project will mark 14 years for Song Eun Yi since her last project as a singer, who has mostly been active as a comedian and variety show emcee.

Titled “Age-Height” (pending title, direct translation from Korea and pronounced “Nike”) . The song hints to be an entertaining one for the fans. The two are 20 years apart as well as have a big height difference of 26cm (10 inches).
About the title, FNC entertainment's facebook says: "FNC presents ‘Twosong Place’, a duet of Song Eun-Yi and Song Seung-Hyun of FTISLAND"

On a recent episode of “Cheongdamdong 111,” Song Eun Yi tried to convince the agency president to approve of her wanting a comeback as a singer, and made him laugh with her cute dance.

Meanwhile, the track will be released on January 9 while the music video will be unveiled several days later on January 13. They plan to perform at “M! Countdown” on January 9th.


FT Island’s Min Hwan Cast as Lead Actor in Musical ‘Joseph Amazing’



FT Island′s Min Hwan was cast as the lead actor ‘Joseph’ in the upcoming season of the musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Joseph Amazing).

His first musical, which showed in 2012, was in Osaka, Japan, when he took the role of ‘Ji Yong’ in the musical Gwanghwamun Love Song.

He was also cast to act in the musical version of Goong earlier this year, building up his experience as a musical actor.

The production company of the upcoming musical stated, “After taking into consideration many factors, we’ve decided that Min Hwan has a lot of potential as an actor. We believe that he will grow into a musical star by acting as the lead character ‘Joseph’ in Joseph Amazing.”

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat was the first collaboration project between Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice.

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat will play between December 30 through February 9 at the musical center in Daehangno.

i personally think minhwan has always been the best dressed among them... but that might be just the stylist's work instead of his personal taste but i really like his style in general...

yaaas my baby got his second lead role! he actually has a decent voice (though not as good as jaejin) so i'm glad he's getting more recognition for musicals.

I'm really happy that he has musicals and he seems good at it too that's cool! Jaejin has a better voice but he's kinda awkward I think Minhwan is more comfortable with his body, dancing and moving on stage. Seunghyun is doing good too

right! minhwan does better with his limbs/body coordination (probably has something to do with him being the drummer). i mean remember that rainism dance he did back then in one of their concert? damn, he totally deserves those 'little rain' nicknames, considering he got no dance training whatsoever as a trainee,

It struck me during the dance number of the 2012 japan tour haha they were dancing together and Minhwan was clearly better than all of them lol he's good!
I think it has to do with the drums too
