Wonder Girls’ Sohee Passes Her High School GED!

Recently, according to an official from the music industry, Wonder Girls’ Sohee took her high school GED test in April this year and passed.

JYP Entertainment confirmed this news with a statement, “It is true that Sohee took her high school equivalent test. She has recently informed her close acquaintances that she has passed.”

Sohee and ex-Wonder Girls Sunmi dropped out of high school in June 2009 to actively promote Wonder Girls in the U.S. At the time, JYP Entertainment explained, “The members have discussed the situation with their family members and agency for a long time and this was their decision.”

Meanwhile, Sunmi, who has since quit the group, passed her GED in May 2010 and is currently attending Dongguk University.

It's a lot of crap to remember that once you use hs you don't use on a daily basis it's easy enough when you do it constantly but after that much time esp with things like math your gonna have to start all the way back at the beginning

Honest question, what is her appeal actually? I've seen many of her fans but always wondered what makes her so famous.

Because she's everything that's good in the world.
No but seriously, she's absolutely wonderful. We'll start with the obvious. She's a goddess in the flesh. Some people don't see this, I don't understand how.
Yes, she's not the best singer in the world, but she's worked so hard and she's actually really solid now, not that anyone will give her credit for it because no one will move past 2008.
She has a seriously wonderful personality. She's really relate able. She's got this amazing aura onstage, but once she's offstage she actually incredibly shy. People think she's bitchy on shows, but it's really just that she's super shy. She has a very small group of people that she's comfortable and opens up with, and if you watch their behind the scenes videos, especially when Sunmi was there, you can see how playful she really is. And she has a wonderful poison tongue sometimes.
She's also incredibly loving to her fans. Like I was five feet away from her screaming her name for an entire concert, and screaming to her that I love her, and she responded with smiling and bowing to me and paying a ton of attention to me the whole concert. She even went out of her way to come grab the fan letter I was holding out to her.
Basically she's the love of my life and a wonderful amazing person.
Also she laughs at fart jokes and it's fantastic. And she tried to have a picture of her falling on her ass banned from the internet.

Looks-wise, I agree with oppameansit...it's refreshing. She wears minimal makeup and her hair is always the same--just black, nothing fancy, and often one of the few people who can rock a center part. She is extremely low maintenance yet is still stunning (with a killer sense of style). It's literally a talent to be that chill yet awesome.

Kpop-wise, she is a great dancer. Very technically sound. She also performs very well and knows how to really work a camera and an audience.

Persoanality-wise, she just has this mystique to her. She really defines je nais se quois.
