G-Dragon releases “Michi GO” single poster


G-Dragon has revealed the teaser poster for his highly anticipated single “Michi GO”!

YG Entertainment previously announced that the song will be made available to fans in Korea, Japan, and Thailand first on April 1st through the mobile messenger service ‘LINE‘.

In order to gain access to the download, fans must install the phone app, purchase the ‘G-Dragon Special Edition’ sticker, and input it on G-Dragon’s official public account on ‘LINE’.

G-Dragon will also perform the new single live at his world tour kicking off in Seoul on March 30th and 31st!

I don't see why the weave was necessary either. Ia I feel so type of way when people put on kinky-curly wigs/weaves when their natural hair texture is the complete opposite. But whatever, all hair types and textures are beautiful and people should embrace that fact.

The intriguing and controversial complexities of his stage persona aside, I honestly wish GD would be the person we see on variety shows (dress, manners, etc) and stick to that. But hey, my opinion doesn't matter lol

Don't feel dumb (not stalking you, promise lol). I didn't get it the other viewpoint either until I started reading comments , which is why enjoy threads and reading other people's opinions. I didn't get it at first and couldn't get by the typical GD shock lol . But Anyway, I see the, as someone put it "urban clown" or gangsta clown concept and how it correlates to the crazy concept its going for.

However though, I can see why it's problematic since it resembles actual hair texture and a common hair color, people can mistake it for something else (most clown wigs I've seen dont really have that much of a defined curl pattern and are usually very brightly colored.) I think it's more of ppl's comments calling his hair "crazy" "ridiculous" "hilarious" etc and there are people with hair that naturally looks like that. So it comments like that can be a bit hurtful or rude to some folk.

the thing is koreans see that look and don't really think of black people in the first place. i'm sure if you asked them if that resembles the hair of African Americans they'd say, huh, I guess so, but they don't look at this picture and think oh my gosh all black people must have that hair and look ridiculous like GD. The general opinion of GD among Korean public is that he's a ridiculous person not because he copies black people but because it's G-Dragon.
