It was such a great episode overall. I haven't watched the recent RM because it was getting a bit stale but yesterday was just legendary. LJS did surprisingly well since I thought he'd pass out after ten minutes of running. Woobin looked so cute since he was trying so hard but his center of mass was just too high to withstand Jongkook :D
By the way did anybody else enjoy the chemistry between Jongsuk and Min Hyorin? Seriously LJS has chemistry with anyone and anything, alive or not.

What I found out during this episode is how lovely & cute Jonghyun truly is. The most funniest moment for me is during the split relay where he covers his ****** with jacket. I mad laughing during that part. xD;;
