JYJ’s Yoochun goes dark and tough for fashion magazine ‘Singles’

JYJ‘s Yoochun recently completed a photo shoot with fashion magazine ‘Singles‘ for their April edition, as well as an interview.

The concept of the shoot was based on his most recent drama role, Han Jung Woo in ‘I Miss You,’ a tough detective. The shots were darker and tough-looking, with cuts of Yoochun charismatically gazing into the camera.

In the interview he stated, “I’m aiming for acting that looks natural. Honestly, I still need make-up to act better. I have a lot of things to fix because I suddenly started acting straight out of my singing career. However, if I get a little older, I don’t think I’ll worry as much about how I look. I want to try very strong roles, or try my hand at action roles.”

Junsu is aging the most healthily. But look wise it's Yoochun imo. I've never really cared for the idol hair and he was looking rough for a while, almost all all of 2011 and 2012, at least to me. But he's been looking real good lately. Jaejoong though.. Let's not go there lol.

Being an ignorant German I never heard about JYJ till a couple of months ago. I was introduced to them via Park Yoochun's acting. I agree, he is the hotest of those guys. Sorry, JJ.

I love this shoot already (the pic of him in that sleeveless shirt is killing me) but I S T G I would love it more if his hair was a little longer ala the High Cut shoot in my icon.

the first and second photos are good~ but he always makes that face in the last photo lmao he's too cute.

I hope he goes for more dark roles as well, I think he still have a long way to go with emoting but he really showed improvement in Missing You.

He is not the best, but he definitely got 'something' that transports via the screen. Handled well, he could become really good. Missing You was the first that I ever saw of him and let me tell you, he was the only one, that kept me interested in this crapfest. Couldn't care less for permanent teary Yoon Eun-Hye or the childish outbursts of Yoo Seung-Ho.
