Basically, the group is as it is, it's SJM as 7 and sj are 13 (when kibum is there.... but that wasn't the subject, i'm the one adding this), and it's been 2 years since the beginning of the drama so now the subject should be dropped. That he didn't actually say it, also because who knows if sj will ever be 13 again. But that was the way he was meaning it it seems.
"we will protect 13 members" was what ELF was singing during henry violin solo and also in the middle of some sentence of Marry U. They also added it in the intro of Twins.
As it was the last day of concert we will have to wait for SMTOWN to see if they are following the leader words.

I understand the fans who are still supporting it though. They genuinely think they're protecting SJ's interests, so I'm happy that Leeteuk finally says something.
The message is clear to all of you who are still chanting Only13: STOP.
