i for one love his singing. then again, i prefer people who aren't as skilled of singers but have a nice tone/timbre than people who are very technically skilled in singing but have a generic or even grating tone. he's obv not a ~singer~ persay, but i really like kiseop's voice and he has def been improving. "obsession" is one of my favourite u-kiss songs EVER, ofc because the actual song is amazing, but also because of how much kiseop sings on it. he has a beautiful voice imo and i am pressed as hale that he wasn't part of a duet on this album like he was on the last one.
I know exactly what you mean with the timbre>skills! I have this with Kiseop and with Infinite's L too. I know that Woohyun is supposed to be 100 times better than him but I find L's timbre much more unique. I'm so glad I'm not alone in this ahah.
yesssssssssssssss i'm totally with you about L! i love woohyun's voice (he's my favourite of infinite's main singers, no contest) but L's timbre is just so unusual and i dig it. i actually really like dongwoo's singing voice too: he's a lot more skilled at singing than you'd expect from a rapper, his timbre is nice and rich, and his vibrato is insanely good. woolim should totally have him sing more and give some of his rap parts to sungyeol imo~
OMG girl are you me??? Dongwoo is my second fave voice in Infinite (and my fave person) for the exact same reasons you explained way better than I ever could. Okay now stop looking ar my comp screen through my window please. x)
completely agreed. he's so 4D and it's fantastic. a lot of times when i'm watching a u kiss show, i can't help but notice him being strange in the background xD
When Kiseop was first joined the group I thought he was going to be super normal/frigid (partially because that u-kiss vampire show had him portrayed as a super practical guy at first), and the same goes for Hoon, but somehow they ended up being the oddest >.> just them doing nothing is so amusing lol he's funny in a kind of awkward out there way
I thought the same thing when I became a fan in 2010 and when shy nervous Hoon joined. I'm happy to set he fits in so well. Hoon and Kiseop made such a great team in episode 2 of Kanzume TV. (How I wish the show would be subbed.) Seeing all their weirdness together...I swear I have a new OTP in U-Kiss now. lol Them on that traditional balcony coming from that random spot on a multi-story hotel was just a great thing. They were acting like total dorks who couldn't imagine something like that being there and not be what they were looking for and even obnoxiously waved to the members below when they saw them.

I used to ship Kevin and Kiseop (for obvious reasons) but after Hoon I started having doubts xD those dorks
Kevin and Kiseop are so adorgous. They haven't had any full length variety show in awhile. It's mostly short things now like U-KISS Me? and Kanzume TV in Japan. And yes, Kiseop and Hoon are such dorks; it's why I love them. One out of many reasons actually.
This man is rocking the Collage concept the best out of all the members! His hair is short on the sides, therefore it really compliments his long face oh so very well.
I want to remind people that Kiseop was known as an ulzzang pre-debut. He shows that side of himself all the time, and I for one am very grateful.
