Park Shi Hoo reveals full Kakaotalk messages between K & A

After the initial report regarding the new KakaoTalk history that Park Si Hoo‘s legal team has submitted, they have revealed the full message history between Park Si Hoo’s hoobae Mr. Kim and the trainee ‘A‘.

The history includes the conversations that took place leading up to the incident and the ones that follow after. We have seen bits and pieces of the convo before, but Park Si Hoo’s team has now revealed the full transcription.

As mentioned earlier, despite ‘A’ saying that she had cut off contact with ‘K’ and Park Si Hoo after she reported the sexual assault to the police, the history shows otherwise. The conversation takes place even after ‘A’ filed at 8:37 PM on February 15th.

- February 14th -

A: I think I might be able to skip on wearing a parka

According to the content revealed, the day after the incident on February 15th, ‘K’ sent ‘A’ a message at 8:33 PM saying “call me”, and ‘A’ responded on the same day at 11:57 PM saying, “I’m still not feeling all that great (from drinking) maybe because of that.. I couldn’t be pregnant right.”

As the message about the sudden worry of pregnancy comes at 11:57 PM, after ‘A’ had filed her report at 8:37 PM, Park Si Hoo’s legal side pointed out, “‘A’ suddenly worries about pregnancy after she reported him to the police on February 15th around 11 PM, this can be seen as the point where the true intent of ‘A’ comes out.”

In addition, as mentioned before, this also goes against ‘A’s claims when she said that she had cut off conversation with Mr. Kim after she had filed a report as it is shown that she continued her conversation even numerous hours after filing.

Park Si-hoo Discloses All Test Messages in Rape Scandal

Actor Park Si-hoo, who is accused of raping a young woman last month, has disclosed more text messages which he claims bear out his contention that he was framed.



Park was responding to a move by the woman's lawyer, who revealed messages she had exchanged with a friend of Park's who introduced the two. The messages suggested that the woman was surprised to find herself in bed with Park when she regained consciousness after what she claims was a night of heavy drinking.



"The messages were not the full text," Park's lawyer said. "If you look at the full Kakao Talk messages, it is evident that there was no force involved in the sex, while [the mutual friend] did not realize that Park and the woman had sex," the lawyer claimed.

Park's defense team published all 47 messages the woman exchanged with Park's friend between 12:55 p.m. and midnight the day after the alleged rape. The woman had earlier disclosed 31 messages sent between 12:55 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.



In the additional messages, the friend tells the woman at 8:33 p.m. to call him. The woman responds at 11:57 p.m., "I still feel queasy. Do you think I got pregnant because of that?"



At 8:37 p.m. that day she reported to police that she had been raped. Yet she continued to communicate with Park's friend, according to Park's lawyer. Earlier, the woman claimed that Park and his friend tried to contact her several times after she told police she had been raped but that she did not respond.



As the plot thickens in the case with both sides revealing additional text messages, the woman's lawyer submitted her mobile phone to police on Wednesday seeking all of the messages to be restored. Police have asked Park to turn his mobile phone in as well.

This is crazy. Usually these kinds of cases seem pretty obvious about who's telling the truth, but here I really can't tell who is telling the truth. My first reaction way back on the first article was to assume the woman was telling the truth, but I'm really not sure anymore. I'm not the kind to point fingers in situations like this, so...if she is telling the truth, I hope she wins, but if she's just making it up, then that's really disgusting. I don't understand how anyone could lie about such a thing. (And if it IS a lie, I want to know why she would go to such a length against him specifically.)

This exactly. It is so hard to figure out who's actually in the wrong here. And if she's making all this up, why is there CCTV footage of PSH + 1 taking her unconscious body to their(?) apartment. The only alternative I can think of is that she had passed out because she was so drunk (she keeps banging on about it, so there's no way that this couldn't have been the case) and they decided to take her to their place to sleep it off, because it would embarrass her parents or smth.

The whole media play and the lack of interest from the court and police is just making a joke out of sth that should be handle with all seriousness and fairness. Especially since PSH is in much more powerful and privileged position.

I was waiting for the results of the police investigation before making a judgemnt, but now I'm thinking it won't happen any time soon.

The only proof is that she was giggling all over the conversation. Is this the response of a traumatized rape victim? Didn't she mention that she saw condom on Park Si Hoo when she woke up in earlier news, then how about pregnancy speculations ? Her statements are inconsistent.

This whole case is a case of fuckery.
Every evidence just creates more questions. But thats the same with all cases like this. I don't even pay attention to the lawyers or court cause its not about who tells the truth its about who lies the best and creates the best story. Theres been many cases where nothing adds up and you think they're going to jail...then they get off cause its all circumstantial evidence. Then theres innocent people who get hard time.

I just wanna know where's the conversation with her best friend. Neither side has released that talk...which is surprising.

It's sounding more and more like 2 drunk people who really didn't know each other hopping into bed and a lot of mistakes. Not everyone gets drunk the same my bf has propositioned me more than a few times when I know he's blacked out, and the only reason I can tell that is because he rolls his eyes when he's had wayyy to much to drink. Drunk people don't always make the best decisions, and the more evidence (which shouldn't be coming out) that I see the more it looks like a mistake by both of them.

I have to agree. Def from the text message. The tone just leans that way to me. To me even though she says she only had one bottle or whatever in the text it seems like both her an K was speaking on drinking a lot. I know people who've gotten drunk and woke up in bed beside another person they hate. Or some who act like they don't even remember anything that went on the day before. But for some reason I still don't believe in black outs they're usually just used as excuses when someone has done something they wanna act like they didn't mean to do.

Theres so different versions and lies going on thats its not even funny. Theres people saying that these text prove nothing and although that may be true they do insinuate a lot. They create a lot of questions which pokes holes into her story. And as a lawyer thats the first thing you want to do, create plausible deniability. The text messages call question to character so to speak. For one that fact that she not only talks to K after the incident but after filing the charges...is gonna be food for thought to anyone. Then not only was her tone light but also one of affection...and once again who would have that kind of tone with a person who may have helped set you up for rape? They both insinuate to heavy drinking which she claimed she didn't do. Never once did she say anything like I only had a little to drink...or only one bottle I don't understand why I can't get sober. The fact that she also lied about something so small as texting K doesn't look good for her character. The text messages also give a time table. If I was a lawyer I would def use those text messages and the ones from her friend. Because thats the only thing you have really...it's hard to prove consensual sex whether you really had it or not..unless you're super kinky and record all your sex escapades. Its a lawyers job to present deniablity and either find or create a motive for the accuser to be lying.

On my personal opinion I think instead of lying about texting him back she should have just created a reason that she did it. Because the first thing snatched is your cell phone and call log/text. I may have the time table down wrong but if she woke up at the house left went home...and called her friend and then filed charges at 8...wheres the rest of that time? I'm gonna assume that during that time she called the help people got her a rape kit done and got her a lawyer then filed...I'm gonna assume because I'm gonna hope that's that the reason it took so long. Me personally I wouldn't have went home, I would have called my social-blanket (which is my mom) on my way to the hospital. After talking to her I would call the police and tell them I want to file rape charges. At the hospital I would ask for a rape kit (if I can't get it then I'll get it through the police). While I wait I'd go into the bathroom strip down and take photos of my body, every bruise I don't recognized must be cataloged. Even though they take photos I still want my own...just in case. I'd ask for a drug test also if I felt that The amount I drunk was not a hard limit (I don't drink so any sluggish feelings and I know somethings wrong.) I thought they do a drug test in that situation anyway...but I guess not. I'd also ask for a STD/HIV test (def since she was asking about pregnancy >.> that one was kinda out of left field but I guess he didn't use a condom, but I think you should still have them all done even if they did.

But thats just me. I'm also borderline paranoiac so I even have a break in kit set up in my home. In honesty no person can say what will and won't happen to them in this life span but they can collect information and decide what options they may have to choose from and decide what paths they want to be able to take. If you know that physical evidence is important and that taking a shower after a rape incident may wash a good % of that evidence away you may step away from your first instinct which is to get rid of the dirty feeling and try to last long enough to get where that evidence can be collected. Knowledge is important. You can't build on a surface you don't know you have. As people we tend to think...that won't happen to me. So we don't think ahead to choices if it does happen. And if it does happen sometimes we have fear of this or that and don't wanna prosecute it and if we change or minds by that time the evidence is gone.

I can't speak on what she should have done cause I'm not her and so I have a different personality. Rape has been one of my buttons since I was...12..so given that and my personality I'd prob react differently. I don't know Park..I don;t even know his full name which is why I keep calling him Park and I only remember that because of Park Yoochun...so I feel no kind of towards him. I can't speak on his character...although I don't know why anyone would I'm sure Ted Bundy's family and friends would have all given him A's until his dirty deeds came out. So I don't beleive in saying he/she isn't that type of person...we hardly ever know the person we sleep next to. On A, the text messages and the lies and different versions does make me question her truth but never enough to fully say she wasn't raped...cause I wasn't there.
