Me too, OP. Well maybe not nec upbeat per se but at least something... idk, less overwrought? IT'S SPRING, COME ON. The first half sounded like a pretty nice intro track - then the beat kicked in, sigh.

Still holding out hope that this is just the lead-in to lighter things though lol (and *crosses fingers* harmonies). xD

Idk I don't remember the last time they had a really popular song >...> when I think of 2AM I really only think of Jokwon...tbh I can only name one other member. I never really hear that much about them...are they more popular in Korea or something?

Well the other members are Changmin, Seulong, and Jinwoon.
Last year they had a popular song. It wasn't as popular or sold as well as their past releases, but it topped the charts and got nominated for song of the year by mnet. I think they're pretty popular in Korea and all over Asia. They do a lot of promoting in other countries, especially these past few years.

I love 2AM and I hope the whole song turns out good because the boys are awesome and deserve to do well. I have one wish I really want in the song though and it's for there to be some harmonies because their harmonies are gorgeous and yet most of their songs are sadly lacking them for the vast majority.
I'm so happy to have them back, it actually feels like sooo long since they were promoting.
