There a lot of weird beauty myths, I feel. Like Asian people say they eating late at night will make you fat, and I briefly researched this online and all the the scientific articles I found on it say it doesn't matter when you eat.

i read that alcohol causes one to have a puffy face. also not drinking enough water can make your face puffy, since your body is trying to retain as much water as possible.

i think the real reason they get a puffy face is because they drink too much soju and not enough water. lol!
