People know who B1A4 are?! a compilation

    Nate Pann frequently has 'articles' that are compilations of pictures assembled by netizens, with or without commentary. As someone with limited Korean skills, I mostly see the ones that Netizenbuzz posts. The most commonly featured idols and actors, unsurprisingly, are the established ones that debuted in 2009 or before. Of those who debuted later, I have scientifically determined that the most commonly mentioned group is Infinite (seen in 'a lot' out of 'a whole lot' of posts), with Block B, B1A4, Boyfriend, Girls' Day, and a few others making up the majority of the other newbie appearances. 

    These picture posts are usually rather large and disorganized, so in an effort to give a more cohesive post I am compiling the appearances made by B1A4. I was surprised and, as a stan, pleased to see them getting recognition in the general netisphere. (even if the recognition is sometimes 'their clothes suck') The member who appears the most is Sandeul, which from my personal experience is no surprise. B1A4 is one of the most popular groups in the elementary school where I teach, and "Sandeullie Oppa" is a favorite member. Similarly, when I went to their concert in December, Sandeul seemed to have more signboards than the other members. (additionally, there were individuals going through the waiting fans with various polls on the group. Sandeul was winning both the 'favorite member' and 'member who probably watches a lot of porn' polls.)

I'm not surprised Sandeul seems to have the most fans. He's so weird and precious and lovable. I love the Jinyoung/Gongchan photo. I still remember the original tweet and it cracks me up. And I had no idea they gave out hot packs and tea! I wonder if this is a common thing?

I always go to nate pann hoping to see a B1A4 photo there~ and in 6/7 days B1A4 are there~ and the comments ( I know, banas) are at least 16
other groups debuted at the same year barely have more than 10, and only Z i c o gets more than 10 pages~

as a sandeul biased b1a4 fan, i'm actually sort of surprised he has the most fans, i would have thought jinyoung would have the most exposure and popularity so that's a nice surprise

If I had to guess, maybe Sandeul has more exposure through his success on Immortal Song 2? He had a musical too, whereas Jinyoung's mostly known for his composing, which is awesome and fans love him for it, but kinda involves him sitting in a room somewhere sight unseen lol.

B1A4 are deffo the most popular at my school too, maybe BAP or Block B in second place. Sandeul and Baro are the most popular members and couple pairing too.

Sometimes I ask the girls about Exo and they're all just "Teacher, who? What?" No love for Exo in Korea...

i don't think it is circle lenses...those usually creep me out. Like, in the recent pic with the pork leg where he's wearing glasses, you can tell that the lenses are super thick. And we know how sucky his vision is. XD I think it's just the thick glass that makes his eyes look so different. -o-
