For anyone that is interested: Tia, Mel and Julie confirmed in a live fanchat via cam yesterday that Jaeyoon no longer is part of Chocolat, and that she never was sick but had issues with the company. I cant post it though since Paramount Music dont allow them to do blogtv and it might get them into trouble if they come across the vid. She also confirmed that there are MANY more biracial idols in the ent companies, but that its keept a secret. So fucking sad :( Tia LOVES BAP and is in love with BAPs Daehyun (mels words! tia almost died lol) and she talked about him maybe over ten times. Babyz beware! She also said that she ships Melanie with Teen Tops L.Joe and Juliane with Baps Yonguk. It was very surreal to watch k-idols behave like normal people! They talked for two hours and it was the best two hours ever ;^;

omg I miss my Chocolat girls so much, and this tell all is AMAZING. Best stuff coming out of kpop in a WHILE. I didn't catch the chat (thanks job) but I believe you. I knew Jae was never sick, if she was it'd be all over the net. So excited for the girls come back. And I know who some of the biracial idols are, they're quite obvs and it's sad that Korea is so damned racist they can't even talk about it.

Not the OP of the comment you replied to, but idols that I personally think are also something other than Korean include After School's Nana, B1A4's CNU, C-CLOWN's Maru, CN BLUE's Jonghyun, Evol's Hayana, SISTAR's Bora, Teen Top's Niel, U-KISS' Kiseop, etc.

Omg, Seungjun was too precious in this. Did he really not know that it was going to be in English? lol But I think he did a good job; I was impressed. He and Melanie's interactions were super-cute too. I really liked that he said he'd be okay with a girl who's taller than him, since most male idols aren't and they freely admit it. I hope that more people get into A-PRINCE because they're SO good and they're a fun group.

I think that the Choco girls have it easier to an extent too because they're half white? There are prob a bunch of idols whose non-Korean side is something other than white and that's part of why it's kept on the down-low.

They def have it easier since being half white just emphasizes the things Korea finds pretty. Though I've always had the feeling Juliane is probably a little more something else than just white given some of her pre-debut pics have her a lot browner than she currently is.

I actually forgot when I made my original comment that Tia is part Hispanic, but yeah, the main thing is that they fit Korean beauty standards. Juliane is part Italian (her last name is Alfieri) and I think she lived in Texas too, so that could be why she was more tan pre-debut.

I liked Jaeyoon, but we didn't really know much about the girls back then so it was a shallow like...shame she had issues with them, girl could sing. :(
