Round 3 is here! Recently, on Immortal Song 2, Infinite's Sung Gyu and Woo Hyun performed the same song Luna did back in October! The Infinite boys performed a more upbeat rockish version of the song while Luna's was more of a inspirational pop song. Both had some special elements to their performance as well. Sung Gyu and Woo Hyun did a short dance break, while Luna used sign language to share the lyrics with the hearing impaired. Who had the better performance Omona? Vocals, stage presence, choreography, outfits, instrumentals, etc are all a factor so comment with your opinions after you vote below :)!

The Song: "The Day The Sun Rises" by Song Dae Kwan

wow, Woogyu, hands down. I like the version much more + also their stage presence, but the voices and vocal performance is what won me over in this one.

this reminds me I should catch up with my faves perfs because I had seen none of those D:

They delivered such different performances, it barely sounds like the same song so I don't really see the point in comparing them. Voted for both because Luna actually surprised me (although.. is it just me or her voice did get a bit scratchy towards the end?) and because WooGyu rocked the stage.

i appreciate luna's dedication to learn sign language for this performance. and i really like the intro. meanwhile the woogyu version is a little bit more groovy, i love the energy.
augh. can't choose. i choose both.

I really liked both versions, though I was a little more impressed by Luna's version, while Woohyun and Sunggyu's version was more fun.

Ah, and this reminded me that I wanted to learn Korean sign language :O I'll need to research it again~

Luna's version was more moving. WooGyu's was fun and the handkerchief dance was cool, but I felt Sunggyu's rockish part stood out more compared to Woohyun's.

That's what I thought too. Not that Woohyun didn't do the song justice, but Sunggyu's voice just seemed more compatible with the song, the way Infinite's chorus most of the time seem to fit Woohyun's voice more than Sunggyu.

I really enjoyed Luna's performance and I do think she is a fabulous singer but for me Sunggyu and Woohyun's performance was better because they really brought the song's message to life in a way Luna didn't quite manage. I found myself feeling really uplifted by them and that's what the song is all about :)

I found Luna's way more touching and entertaining, her voice holds a lot of...something that's more engaging than WooGyu.

Then again I'm really not a fan of WooGyu's vocal tone (or anyone's in Infinite for that matter), but it wasn't bad. I have a hard time appreciating male kpop voices because they generally sound the same.

WooGyu were way more fun, i liked theirs a lot more, even if the dance was lolzy. but Luna's concept was cool.
