Fans of MBC’s I Miss You will have a reason to celebrate (in between all the tears from the drama) as the drama has extended its run.

On January 8, MBC shared it green lit an one episode extension, for a total of 21 episodes. .

I Miss You was originally only slated for 20 episodes but the episode extension will now mean the drama will conclude on January 17.

The drama’s production shared, “With the one episode extension we will work to create a complete drama for viewers until the very end.”

The additional episode will mean I Miss You’s follow-up drama, 7th Grade Civil Servant will now premiere on January 23.

TBH the plot gets really good around ep14

I was about to drop it myself, but then more people started dying and they seriously shifted the focus to the murders, which I think helped a lot. 15-17 are realllly good eps imo, 17 especially

Unsure how I feel about the extension, though I guess I kind of knew it was coming.


And with this preview, I'm now 99% sure all three mains are going to die. Probably like this: Harry will fake his death, then Sooyeon will die somehow after finding out, then Jungwoo will kill Harry and then die/kill himself like those flashes in the beginning :|

I'm kind of hoping that Jungwoo and Sooyeon won't die...but at this point, it would be a twist if they were alive at the end t b h

the last couple of eps have been better but i feel like the drama's pace is far too slow; not a whole lot happens each episode and the plot could've been better told/shown condensing 2 episodes into 1. there are just far too many crying scenes. i know it's a melodrama and it's sad blablabla but god sometimes i'm just like 'OK IT ISN'T THAT SAD PLEASE STOP NOW'

but i'm going to finish this drama for the sake of finishing it. and then direct my full attention to Flower Boy Next Door thanks
