I think it's less about the artists and more about their agencies; most K-pop acts often say that they'd like to perform in as many places internationally as possible.

But yessssssssssssss, Midwest pls! I mean, Chicago is the third largest city in the US (after NYC and LA) and has a sizable Korean population~
