this is really interesting, because in class we learned that korea and india are the countries that have the lowest rates of obesity. i think it would be more productive to tell people to eat healthier or exercise than to tell them to avoid bad foods

india is super interesting when it comes to obesity though cause its stratified by class. rich people have a faster rise in new diagnosis of diabetes, obesity and hypertension due to drastic change in diet over the last couple years where as the poor are still undernoursished
