[TRANS] I had a practice with Orchestra and Chorus for the first time.. Live sound is really nice as I expected..^^ 4 member of pop chorus and 4 member of classic chorus.. It’s really good when their voices profoundly and mysteriously harmonized. Classic vocals take the sound and Pop vocals take the rhythm.. They fill in each other..

Fans celebrated Kim Junsu’s birthday, December 15, in their respectful countries by holding a diverse number of events, such as making birthday cakes, setting up a Kim Junsu photo exhibit, writing letters, and more.
During the press conference for his world tour, Kim Junsu said, thanking his fans from abroad, “The focus of the world tour isn’t the number of people who come or the scale of it. It’s more meaningful to personally visit fans in other countries who aren’t able to see my performance without a concert.
Understanding Kim Junsu’s heart, the fans celebrated a cheerful ‘XIA Day,’ thanking him for visiting their country and hoping that he’ll come again.‘XIA Day’ was celebrated in Korea, Japan, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Germany, Poland, Puerto Rico, USA, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Venezuela, Mexico, and Brazil.

Junsu’s year-end concert, ‘the legend of 200,000 people logging on at once’ gets unveiled!
The casting of Kim Junsu’s ‘2012 XIA Ballad & Musical Concert with Orchestra’ was announced.
C-JeS Entertainment revealed that the casting and staff of this concert was confirmed. The famed composer Choi Jooyoung put together [T/N: literal translation is “constructed”] a heart-warming concert, and the musical actor Kim Sunyoung will perform with Junsu numbers from the musical ‘Elisabeth’. Also, Tang Joonsang from the musical ‘Mozart!’ will perform the role of young Mozart.
This concert is the first-ever solo ballad and musical concert that will be performed by an idol singer. A special presentation of musical numbers, ballad songs from albums and OST songs that Kim Junsu has sung as well as his favorite songs is being prepared. In addition to this, 120-minute long all-live performance with an orchestra will be presented [on the stage].
An associate relayed, “A top quality show is being prepared. This is the first time ever [for this type of concert] to be attempted in Korea. We expect dramatic experience through musicals and drama OSTs and romantic memories through heart-wrenching yet warm ballad songs”.
Musical actor Kim Sunyoung performed together with Kim Junsu in much-talked-about ‘Elisabeth’. She has shown that she is the top musical actor in Korea in ‘Miss Saigon’ and ‘Jekyll and Hyde’.
Tang Joonsang played the role of young Amadeus in ‘Mozart!’ and is currently performing in the musical ‘Assassin’.
Kim Junsu’s year-end solo concert will take place on December 29th through 31st at COEX. 21,000 tickets to three performances have completely sold out.

Beast mentions Junsu in acceptance speech
Beast was selected as the most popular singer of the year at ‘2012 Melon Music Award’.
At ‘2012 Melon Music Award’, which was held at Seoul Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium on December 14, Beast received three awards including, Melon Music Award TOP 10, Artist of the Year Award and Netizen Popularity Award.
This day, Beast went up to the dais, dancing, when they were called for the Netizen Popularity Award. Leader Yoon Doo-Joon said, “I want to mention who we couldn’t mention before because we were so busy. Parents of 6 of us came. We want to thank them and Love You. We know that we’ve been competing with Junsu. We are honored. And Happy birthday Junsu, as tomorrow is your birthday. Last but not least, we love Beauty.”
Nominees of Netizen Popularity Award were Beast, XIA, Big Bang, Girls’ Generation-TTS, IU, Shinhwa, KARA and G-Dragon and they had a fierce competition. Finally, the award went to Beast.

He excels at his first attempt at a period drama, where he played the role of a police officer, Kim KyungTak who is good at martial arts and has a strong desire for victory, but behind those personalities, he holds the pain that no one could understand.
From that layer, he was said to readily bare a passionate acting and the interest of fans from within Korea and internationally heightened. To make sure that he could grasp the way of talking and actions of ancient times, Jaejoong devoted a lot of time practicing enthusiastically, and of course, he had also worked hard learning how to ride a horse.

Jackal Is Coming confirmed for Japan release in May 2013
It has been confirmed that the Korean-comedy film, “The Jackal Is Coming/Code Name: Jackal” starring actress Song Jihyo and singer/actor Jaejoong of JYJ, will be officially released in Japan on May 3, 2013.
Prior to its official release in Korea last month, the film’s distributor confirmed that the movie had been sold to six countries including Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei.
Meanwhile, Jaejoong has shown his strong skills in acting following the success of Korean dramas “Protect The Boss” and “Dr. Jin.” In “The Jackal Is Coming,” Jaejoong plays the celebrity Choi Hyun. Song Jihyo plays the female lead, the assassin “Jackal” who is sent to go after Choi Hyun.
