Park Shin Hye and Yoon Shi Yoon Pucker Up in ′My Flower Boy Neighbor′ Teaser

TvN′s My Flower Boy Neighbor hasn′t even started, but already we have a near-kiss scene between its two leads.

My Flower Boy Neighbor finally released its much-awaited teaser video.

In the 30-second-long teaser video, Park Shin Hye gets to be surrounded by flower boys.

She receives a text message reading ′Your flower boy neighbors have arrived′, after which she gets to pick from a variety of flower boys prepared for her in her closet. As soon as she chooses Yoon Shi Yoon and gets close for a kiss, however, the doorbell rings and brings her back to reality. She peeks out of her peephole to find her flower boy neighbors have come for her with irritated expressions on their faces.

Her near-kiss with Yoon Shi Yoon has especially been drawing interest as it has already been revealed that Yoon Shi Yoon and Kim Ji Hoon will get involved in a love triangle with Park Shin Hye.

My Flower Boy Neighbor is the drama adaptation of a webtoon titled I Watch Him Every Day. It is about how Go Dok Mi (Park Shin Hye), a girl who has locked herself up in her own ′castle′, is caught spying on her flower boy neighbor by Enrique Geum (Yoon Shi Yoon).

The drama is the third flower boy series drama to follow Cool Guys, Hot Ramen and Shut Up: Flower Boy Band.


Yoon Shi Yoon and Park Shin Hye Get Together for ′My Flower Boy Neighbor

Yoon Shi Yoon and Park Shin Hye, the flower boy and flower girl of tvN′s My Flower Boy Neighbor, got together for a script reading for the drama.

On November 27, My Flower Boy Neighbor released photos from the script reading featuring Yoon Shi Yoon, Park Shin Hye, Kim Ji Hoon, Park Soo Jin, Go Kyung Pyo and Kim Yoon Hye.



In the photos, Yoon Shi Yoon, Park Shin Hye and Kim Ji Hoon are shown completely engrossed in their scripts.

The drama is Yoon Shi Yoon′s first drama in a year following his appearance in MBC′s Me Too, Flower! and is Kim Ji Hoon′s first drama after his release from the army.

Even at the script reading session, Yoon Shi Yoon and Kim Ji Hoon acted just like their characters, pretending they were really rivals trying to win the hand of Park Shin Hye. The air was warm and everyone had a smile on his/her face.



Producer Jo Moon Joo of CJ E&M said, "Because the director, scriptwriters and actors looked into each character a lot through a great amount of communication, the first script reading took place with ease. The actors are very attached to their characters, and we believe their nice teamwork will help them put together a great piece."

My Flower Boy Neighbor is based on a webtoon titled I Watch Him Every Day, and is a romantic comedy. It is expected to bring on yet another flower boy wave with its first episode to air on January 7.

Daniel Henney Lookalike Kim Jung San Cast for tvN′s ′Flower Boy Next Door′

The rookie actor Kim Jung San has been cast for a role in tvN′s Flower Boy Next Door.

The actor will appear as Han Tae Joon, a flower boy who lives in the house facing Go Dok Mi′s (Park Shin Hye) and who gains her undivided attention.





Han Tae Joon is set to be a good-looking and gentle doctor. He is the first love of Yoon Seo Young (Kim Yoon Hye) and is the object of a new crush from Go Dok Mi.

Kim Jung San first started acting through the musical Singles. He then continued to appear in commercials for airlines, cosmetics, electronics and portal sites, and drew attention for being a Daniel Henney lookalike. He will be making his small screen debut through his new role.

Flower Boy Next Door is a 16-part romantic comedy based on the webtoon I Watch Him Every Day. It is the third in the flower boy series hosted by tvN, following Cool Guys, Hot Ramen and Shut Up: Flower Boy Band.

It will air its first episode on January 7.

On December 14th, Park Shin Hye's Agency 4HIM Entertainment, revealed new pictures of the actress in the set of the SBS variety program "Strong Heart"

Park Shin Hye will appear in a Christmas special with the "flower boys" (term used to describe handsome boys) from her upcoming drama "Flower Boy Next Door"

4HIM Entertainment said "Park Shin Hye Entertained the audience with er smile and funny and honest remarks."

"Flower Boy Next Door" is based on the popular webtoon "Watch Him Every Day In Secret". This romantic comedy drama will put a new spin on the mentality of an urban Peeping Tom in a delightfully lively way. The drama will start on January 7th on tvN.

I have new found respect for people who make megaposts. I'm praying to the Omonian gods I did all the ljcuts right!! Why don't they show in the preview?! Anyway, looking forward to this drama a lot. The plot sounds cute, and a lot of the dramas in tvN's Oh Boy Series have been good. What about you guys?

Aah I was just making a post! Ah ah oh well.
I just started Ramen Shop and Flower Boy Band. I haven't even finished the 1st ep of SUFBB but I'm already in love! And I'm not nervous watching it because from reading Javabeans review I know I don't have to fear for stupid story arc and disappointing ending.

Congrats on you megapost! Even after all those I made I still get nervous before clicking Post. (I actually post everything to my own lj first to see if it looks ok lol) And you're making me feel bad with that "image heavy" all because of ~10 small pictures lol.

I love Lee Minki in SUFBB it's really too bad it was only a cameo haha. The other boys are great too though. Of the two I think I like SUFBB better.

iirc Eunji was on Strong Heart during Reply 1997's run on tvn, and Shinhye was recently on Running Man (i'm not sure that's going to be considered promotion for tvn). i think you are correct in assuming that they're probably only going on SBS because it's a cable show.
