omonatheydidIdol group B1A4‘s Baro and Sandeul won first on the December 8th episode of KBS2TV‘s ‘Immortal Song 2‘.
For the Kim Bum Ryong special of the show, the two B1A4 members performed “The Way to Live like a Man“. Sandeul’s quiet yet emotional singing impressed the crowd in particular.
Son Ho Young, who also competed on the program, commented, “This is the best B1A4 performance I’ve seen so far. I think they’ll get 1st,” while Brown Eyed Girls’ JeA stated, “It’s like they were cast aside somewhere. They express themselves in a way that’s supposed to be difficult for young people.”
Kim Bum Ryong himself said, “You [two] are very cute, but the song is very mature. I composed ‘The Way to Live like a Man’ after watching the drama ‘Seoul’s Daughter‘, and [I feel like] the feelings during that time were brought back.”
(this isn't as good a quality as the first vid but it's a bit longer and shows Baro and Sandeul backstage after their win and the other singers congratulating them which was I thought was sweet)

In the end, B1A4 won with 405 votes, defeating Jung Dong Ha by 1 vote.

Since there wasn't a post about this yet and I thought B1A4 bbs deserved a post for their first Immortal Song 2 win (not just winning a round but winning the entire ep!) :D The performance was great but Sandeul especially kills it after Baro finishes his rap. And everyone being so happy for them winning made me really happy.

I also happy that they got so many love from their sunbaes. Son HoYoung n Sweet Sorrow are freaking proud of them winning this episode.
B1A4 has proven that they have the talent n more things go offer. And the fact that this show aired on their concert day makes me even prouder.

(which i know everyone says that about their biases but they are literally the sweetest kpop boy group i have seen) i've been a huge fan since debut but really it was this past year that they have overtaken all my other biases and became my #1 kpop bias.
i see you got some music recommendations already. (which i pretty much agree with everything she suggested) but if you find you want to get to know the boy's personality i will recommend a few interviews they have done that have been superb.
