Another editorial by the same outlet that named her the sole breadwinner for JYP Entertainment now talking about how she basically shot herself in the foot by being dumb during her guesting on the 'Go Show', where she revealed she did not study at all and just slept every day in school.

The article also touches on how the extreme spotlight on her has basically erased the rest of the miss A members from the public, which is probably why their comeback isn't doing so well.

The editorial lists a bunch of examples where she essentially shot herself in the foot with stupid things she's said that is gradually making her lose favor with netizens, such as not knowing basic high school knowledge on 'Running Man', yelling at host Kim Yong Man on '1 Billion Quiz Show', and finally her school career, or lack thereof, on the 'Go Show'.

- That JYP an AQE are a mess of a management team. It's them who fucked up Miss A's popularity and comeback with a weak song + showing down Suzy on everyone and their mother throats, to the point it has become ridiculous.

everything you said is true. suzy doesn't give a shit about the title and has been focal about it, yes jype and aqe are a mess of management and need to learn how to promote them better, but it is not their fault that suzy is so exposed, there is a demand for her and they take advantage of that. and shows are scripted, and are hating over the fact that during her trainee days she slept in class a lot (she still lived with her parents in bwanju while training at jyp in seoul), but i love how they managed to ignore that she had good grades, all that was previous shown.

and there is no scandal involving suzy, but some wish there was because she is friends with iu and jiyeon.

first; some netizen comments do not showcase what the whole nation feels about her, overall korea still adores suzy and she still is getting cfs, so yeah, they are not tired of her yet, in fact they still seem very enamored with her still.

second; the mediaus article is utterly bullshit, they tend to post things that came out of they asses and they tend to be very anti-jyp as they LOVE to ignore actual facts.

just a quick note...remember that education is a massively sensitive issue for koreans. like, i can understand why some people would get pissed off about her bragging about sleeping through class all the time (NOTE: they were pissed off that she was bragging about it), cos 99% of koreans who aren't lucky enough to become a celebrity spend their lives slaving away at school to get anywhere evenly remotely decent in life. and even if they do slave away at school, a lot of that success will come down to luck/contacts anyway. so no wonder people are bitter that someone who is as publicly adored/financially successful as Suzy basically bragged about sleeping her way through school. again, may i emphasise, BRAGGED

Is this comeback really doing that badly compared to their others? The song bores me a lot, but so did most of their other songs. Nothing matched up to GGBG anyway. Although I guess touch did pretty well earlier this year? I have no idea how korea sees them, anyway.

touch sold better than alone (at least it did back then i checked) and only won one less award than them and people act like touch was nothing while they brag about sistar’s huge success with alone, when they never had the competition miss a had (they were against big bang back then). i believe that since miss a started to strong with BGGG people now want to label 'failure' on everything that is not as explosive as BGGG.

and not really, sure, IDNAM didn't sell as much as their previous singles, but it wasn't bad at all, it never dropped top ten, people are overreacting because it didn't win an award, but it was competing against psy, dbsk and gain, plus it often was 2nd/3rd/4th in the ranks to win the award. they are still selling more than most girl groups out there.

I just think that no matter what good fortune she may have, or how she carries herself, people still need to remember that she's a teenage girl and that a huge amount of what she says or does is orchestrated by someone else. I don't know that much about her but I seriously doubt she demands to be the main girl to be on all of these shows, and yet she is the one getting all the hate for it.

Same goes for Hyuna. Who cares if you're sick of hearing about her? Has she really done anything worth hating? People need to keep in mind that idols are people, and especially when they're as young as they tend to be these days, words can have a horrible impact - especially when people don't fully think about a situation or what they feel about it before saying hurtful things.
