Well, I'm glad I booked my flight to London show since that's indeed only European city on their tour. Also YG should be careful about those ticket numbers as they are now publicly traded company and shouldn't exaggerate things (not all of their concerts were sold out).
ikr? They buy a lot. I have no idea about BB goods but I wanted my friend to get me INFINITE's t-shirt and it was 4800 yens... JFC it's a normal t-shirt with some words why it's so expensive? In fact the total amount of buying all the goods was 14700 yens. Not fair at all D:
That's why Korea wants Japan, no where else would people buy such expensive stuff. I feel bad for Japanese fans some times, treated like a cash machine.
I'd pay 4800 for a hoodie (maybe) if it's cool enough but not for a t-shirt, that's for sure. And it's funny because their first t-shirt was 1900 (that was only one year ago). So clearly they're getting more money selling goods than tickets and (maybe) that's why international fans aren't the best target to get money from because they know we're not going to pay that much. Idek, sorry I'm rambling ^^u
they make insane bank in Japan and it's not expensive or time consuming to set up a venue or work with promoters bc yg has a relationship with avex and their promoters.
anywhere else, they have to rebuild those types of relationships
it's so ridiculous how obsessed YG is with Japan. JVIPs don't even buy all that many albums; they just go for the concerts. Seriously, 13 concerts in Japan and 3 in Korea? And even for those 3 there were tons of seats separately reserved for Japan fans. -_-
Isn't that kinda long for a k-pop concert oversea? *honest question here* I remember SMtown sold in 5 to 10 minutes... Were the BB ticket expensive for China?
39,000+? tickets were available to fans in Korea 36,000 tickets were available to fans in North America 10,000 tickets were available to fans in South America 14,000 tickets were available to fans in Europe 455,000 tickets were available fans in Japan
At least you guys were given a general idea... Canadians were trolled so hard when the concert director said there was definitely going to be a tour stop in Toronto... which never appeared on the stop list.
Promoters, people like live nation can't book a place if YG only give them a 2 months notice. Apparently they tried to book one of the most famous parisian venue 2 months in advance; That may work in Korea but not in Europe for instance and that is all YG. Live nation can't do miracles
they obv had plans for other countries but saw how much demand they were in japan so they replaced them all with japan dates. CANADA HATES YOU, YG, CANADA HATES YOUUUUUUUUUUUUU
I think that the ridiculous amount of Japan concerts is b*llsh!t. That is all. Plain b*llsh!t. iVIPs aren't all in japan. Not only do they get double digits dates but special goodies and crap. GTFO!
