I was disappointed by Lonely, but the rest of these are quite good. Apparently Boa wrote/composed "With You" and Bohyung did "That Night", which I think are the best ones on the album.
Their debut was so intense, the songs themselves plus their vocal acrobatics - loved it! This, however, is only average :(
I was expecting more from them tbh. Something catchier for the faster songs and more graceful and emotional for the ballads, with a little more oomph in general. I'm glad they stuck to their retro late 80s/mid 90s sound but almost everything is done in such a bland way that this just fails to blow me away. I'm still looking forward to their performances but this mini won't go on heavy rotation for me.
DEF a step down from their previous release (which was equal parts epic, intense, and beautiful) but still pretty solid. they could do with another uptempo song like Up n Down or No More on this---it just feels too short? i dunno...
