SNSD to Release ’2011 Girls’ Generation Tour DVD’

Nine months after Girls’ Generation’s second tour through Asia ended in Bangkok, Thailand, SM Entertainment will now be releasing the “2011 Girls’ Generation Tour DVD”, featuring footage from the concert tour’s start in Seoul, South Korea on July 23rd and July 24th.

The DVD hits shelves on November 30th and will cost 33,000 won. It will consist of two discs showing nearly all of the performances during the concert, a bonus film of the making of the concert, performances from Japan, personal interviews with the members of Girls’ Generation, and waiting room and rehearsal footage. A photobook and a first press limited edition poster will also be included with the DVD. (OP note: does not include Yoona's 4 Minutes and Seohyun's Stuff Like That There)

-sobs- i know but it was blue-ray and had a lot of stuff that came with it and asdfghjkl i would get both the jpn and krn ones honestly ._. if the jpn had the solo stages, i would've gotten it despite the price because i freaking love their songs in jpn more than the krn ones, especially genie cuz oyobi desuka is so much hotter than 소원을 말해봐 ._.

I didn't got the japanese concert with all the goodies ;_; just the regular edition :( i waited for too long to order and the edition that came with the metallic pins and other stuff got sold out.

awww that's too bad :( are you getting the 2nd jpn album, most expensive version? i kinda just want the individual poster things but at the same time, i want to save money by waiting for the cheaper korean version of it

I did got the most expensive version, i actually bought all 3 editions xD, but damn Japanese stuff is so expensive x_x the end of 2011 was like this year, a lot of stuff released in a short time.

Waiting for the cheaper korean version is a good move tho, since it's basically the same quality; the only bad thing imo is not helping with the oricon sales and waiting.

I automatically pre-ordered it when I saw it :D but knowing my postal service it probably won't be till new year that I'll get it lol.

and I agree about the Japanese version of the concert, the Korea version is much better in terms of content and A LOT cheaper, however I probably would've regretted not adding the Japan concert to my collection. Also never heard the Korean version of let it rain but I actually like the Korean version of Mr. Taxi.

We are never going to get Seohyun's studio solo, are we? :( We at least got Yoona's 4 Minutes studio version, even if we can't see it because of the copyright. But Seohyun? Can't they have picked a different song? :( It's so not fair.
