‘K-Pop Star 2′ reveals preview for this weekend’s first episode

The highly-anticipated second season for SBS‘s audition program, ‘K-Pop Star 2‘, has released a brand-new preview for its upcoming premiere!

Hype has been steadily building for months over the sequel to last year’s wildly successful audition show, which unearthed new stars such as Lee Hi, Baek Ah Yeon, and 15&‘s Park Ji Min. The new teaser shows us the return of the three judges from last season – SM Entertainment‘s BoA, YG Entertainment‘s Yang Hyun Suk, and JYP Entertainment‘s J.Y. Park.

‘K-Pop Star 2′ will be replacing ‘Laws of the Jungle 2‘, which recently ended its run. As part of SBS’s ‘Good Sunday’ evening variety lineup, it will be the newest sister program to ‘Running Man‘.

I hope enough people are interested in this to have fairly quick subs this time. I still can't find the complete last season, but it's been so long I don't even care any more, haha.

I loved Lee Hayi and watched till about 6th episode with subbes, and later just the performance videos on youtube which is half the fun, but oh well..

I used to just watch audition clips from some random Korean youtube channel. Really was a great show (even though I don't usually follow singing competitions)

:( yeah, ikr, I thought it was a pretty good show, but surprisingly, there aren't even short subbed clips on youtube.

I think Boanoss mentioned on facebook that there might be a chance they'll be subbing the second season, but it's very tentative >< hopefully a subbing group does decide to take on the second season, since i'm excited for it too!

I can't wait, last year it was really addictive, urgh and supearls were fantastic and Jimin just slayed everyone. This guy was my favourite though, still pressed he never made it to the live shows (yet some other guys who could barely hold a note did psss).

I really liked his voice! I was disappointed that he didn't make it to the live shows either.

I felt like he would of slayed singing songs like Justin Nozuka.
