no, they haven't rented it yet.
renting in korea is not like in america/canada. you basically only look at places that are available for rent right then. you want to move? you start looking for an apartment the same week you want to move - it's all done last minute. i'm assuming studios are done similarly. therefore there will be lots of spaces that aren't available yet but could be next week or whenever. makes sense they dont have one yet if they come on and off the market so fast.
