IT'S THE MYNAME'S GUNWOO! (nuuuguuu?)
From what I have deducted, the tattoo is the quote "Only I can change my life - no one else can do it for me." In between the quote are a sun, raindrop, and cactus symbol. In my unbiased opinion it is a totally cool tattoo. The position of it makes it cooler. It's in a spot he can always see and reflect upon. Oppa is just so sugoi, ne?
