B1A4 to release first Japanese album on 10/24

B1A4 is continuing their conquest of Japan, and are releasing their first full album, titled "1", in Japan on October 24th.

3 Versions - Regular, A, and B

Version A is Limited Edition and includes a DVD along with the CD. Version B includes collectible B1A4 figures (aka lego men). Regular edition includes photocards.

B1A4 Japan

They only officially debuted in Japan at the end of June, and already have 2 singles out since then, now a full album in October. WM Ent/Pony Canyon is working them hard. I suppose it's working as their sales have been decent, for a rookie group.They're also planning on a Korean comeback this year too. Busy, busy boys.

I want them to have a korean comeback,but i think they need a break to rest for a bit before this B'(

I understand how you feel. I want them to rest too.. But the boys have also said in the past they hate when they aren't promoting.

After revealing their debut album, ‘Let’s Fly’, in April of last year, they waited a short term before releasing another new song. I asked if they feel tired with their busy schedules, but all five of the members shook their heads instead.
“Although the break time was shorter compared to other groups, even that time feels long to us. Whenever we would watch music program while resting, we want to hurry and go on stage to show the public our side.” (Jinyoung)
“I think resting is harder for us. I got in trouble because I wanted to promote even while preparing for the full-length album.” (Baro)

i understand this, and i really wanna see them all around in orea and japan, but i think that this is a bit tiring for them,more than what they expected .. remember that what they had earlier this year,isn't like now,the shows and events B'(

Their schedule is getting insane. This month they were off in some other country than Korea every week, Japan, Macau, and Malaysia. It's continuing next month too as they have international concerts they're performing at. It's good because it shows their growing popularity around Asia, but I can't imagine how tired they must be. There were some fanphotos of CNU last week at the airport and he was basically sleep walking. D:

But, the boys don't like not working. They said in an interview earlier this year that they would keep working and promoting until they meet their goals of winning on a music show and winning an award at the end of the year. They said they would keep going without rest if need be. So, obviously they are seriously committed to success, which is good, and I admire them for it, but I still really worry about their health. Especially Channie, since he had freaking kidney surgery just a month ago. D: I hope he's recovering well even with their crazy schedule.

and that japan-korea-japan week was really tiring :(

their commitment to their goals and promises never fails to impress me, that's one of their charms.. and they deserve all the attention they're getting. and will get. however, like you said ..their health is what worries me :(
good luck for them, and i really can't wait for their japan album AND korean comeback T__T♥ they need to win the hallyu star award this year!

Tracklist sounds great =) So we get more new tracks than I have feared xD
But I wonder about the bonus track "OK", isn't it supposed to be on the Regular Edition only? You wrote Limited Edition but checking up with cdjapan and the source shows me that it's on the RE... or am I wrong? I'm a bit confused XD

I'm having a hard time deciding between the regular and version A. I want that DVD... but then it's mainly just MVs which I could watch on YT. But I also want the bonus song... sob. I can't afford to buy both! WM Ent is killing my bank account right now.

I can totally understand that! To be honest I hate that kind of release habits from japanese Entertainment agencies D= I would prefer if there were just one CD with all the songs and maybe One video or something as a bonus and that's it. All those LE A, B, C, D whatever really make me troubling! (Do you know how many single versions Morning Musume gets lately?! LE A, B, C, D, E, F + RE!!! It's just crazy!) i hate making the decision on which version I should take every time! I think every Version here is really good. My best friend will go with LE B because of the really cute figures but honestly, for me it's just too expensive when I consider that there will me only 9 Tracks on the LE CD. I think 9 songs are really not much for a full length album (lately I ordered Arashi's new CD which comes with 16 tracks , that Sounds more like an "Full length Album" For me XD)... So for me it has to be RE even if the DVD and the figure seem pretty cool. And seriously, I'm supporting other j-pop and k-pop acts as well so I definitely don't have the money to buy 2 versions of one and the same album! Aaah the japanese music market is eating our money!!!

I wonder which song they'll be releasing as a single? I hope it's an original one though I'm excited to hear the Japanese remakes of their other songs especially Only One.

And CNU's shorts are cracking me up.

I really hope their non-stop promotions help them get that win soon. I can't think of a group more deserving, and I still want to see the human sandwich.

These song titles are really jumping out at me. 'Tipping Point'? 'Wake Me Up'? It'll be interesting to listen to them and read the lyrics. I know B1A4 can do serious songs and they do them well, so I really hope this album is going to be a bit deeper in terms of content because I'd love for them to show more of their versatility. I can only assume 'Beautiful Lie' is the single, and that definitely sounds like it's going for something pretty mature. I am intrigued.

Slightly. Beautiful Target's peak was #4 on the weekly with total sales of 36,521 copies. Oyasami Goodnight's peak was also at #4 on the weekly with total sales of 37,961copies. It hit #3 on the daily chart, which is their highest peak position.

So it's around a 1,400 copy increase, which really isn't a lot, but an increase nonetheless. I think it's positive they kept that #4 spot on the weekly chart. No one really expected them to chart in top top 5, their company included. Lol.

Usually Japanese versions of old songs wren't interesting, but the arrangement for 'So Fine' in the Jpn version almost single-handedly made me a Jinyoung stan. IT was close, man. So I'm interested and excited!

I know they work because they like it and their company gives them time off when they want it, but don't overwork yourselves boys. :(

on the bright side i think they might have a shot in japan. Since their re-arrangements of their old songs sounds like new songs. I usually very against japanese ver. of old songs cuz it doesn't come out great usually and i rather they just made a new song for japan promos only. but when i saw b1a4. they sure turned that opinion around.
