According to the uploader, apparently this is an OST song that came out with this drama three years ago, which Jooyi sang before she debuted with RaNia. If she's really doing a side project instead of coming back with RaNia like DR Music says she is, I'm really hoping it's going to have some songs like this because I really like it.
