‘We Got Married’ to introduce ‘We Got Married Village’ in Season 4

MBC’s ‘We Got Married‘ will be drastically different in Season 4 as they have just unveiled the ‘We Got Married Village.’

The ‘We Got Married Village’ will be a first time endeavor for the show and all of the couples will now be living together.

A staff member said, “Up until now, the couples on the show had no interaction with each other unless it was for a special event or program. With the new concept of ‘We Got Married Village’ the couples will live as neighbors so we hope that a variety of episodes can take place.”

The couple of Yoon Sae Ah and Julien Kang were the first to enter the village and and the two were shocked to find that the home provided for them was just to their taste with a great modern interior, swimming pool, garden, and vegetable garden.

Also, a staff member from ‘We Got Married’ last week made an announcement saying that they were looking for idol couples and the top idols of Korea showed a lot of interest. After the casting call, people are wondering who have been chosen. Sometimes couples are chosen without the two knowing who their potential spouse will be so they are very curious and shy at the first meeting. Additionally, one couple, ZE:A’s Kwanghee and Secret’s Sunhwa was announced through media outlets. But even though it was announced, it was not Kwanghee that appeared in front of Sunhwa but Im Si Won and the unexpected turn around took Sunhwa off guard and she could not hide how happy she was.

To find out whether the couple will be Im Si Won and Sunhwa or Kwanghee and Sunhwa, tune into the next episode of ‘We Got Married’ airing on September 1st at 5:15pm KST.

I actually think Sunhwa and Kwanghee would be hilarious - I remember watching a clip of them like watching the YongSeo couple and they were fun together. At one point, Sunhwa was saying how she wanted to go skiing too (like YongSeo were doing) and she said to Kwanghee, "Want to go skiing?" and Kwanghee was like "Oh Sunhwa, how can you confess to me like that?" which resulted in Sunhwa smacking his arm and being like "That's not what I meant!" Anyway, they were lulzy.

I like Siwan too though. And he's been getting more popular lately because of his drama, right?

Basically, I'm just glad that TS finally got it together and got Sunhwa some more appearances. She really ought to get some acting gigs, though.

You should! I like that he's a younger by a few years to Yoon Sae-ah, it makes their interactions interesting. I have to say, given that he's half-Korean (and therefore brings another culture and mannerisms into the mix), the show so far hasn't been too condescending towards him. There's some "omo you speak Korean so well!" and moments where he doesn't immediately pick up on some Korean idioms, but otherwise it's not bad.

So much negativity in this post! I'm looking forward to this, Sunhwa is great fun and game for anything on variety, so it should be worth watching.

Also, Julien Kang/Yoon Sae-ah are a haute, non-idol couple, so I think people tired of the same old thing on WGM should maybe give them a chance. I like that they've paired up a younger man with an older woman -- and the fact that he's biracial is also an interesting point of contrast.

well Hwang Bo was also younger than Kim Hyun Joong by six years. So its not the first time but I being a sucker for a noona romance am all excited for this. (also I love Julien Kang XD) I need to get around to watching their eps already.
