Yep, pretty much. Some Filipinos born and raised in the Philippines are even more at ease with speaking English. Then again, the entertainment industry here mainly uses Filipino so maybe she focused more on that. I get you though, because I always wondered why Dara was quiet in that 2NE1TV season where they recording in LA. I'm sure she's mastered conversational English or maybe she's just really shy.

this host was soooooo bad omg she can't even be called a host and is she even really a fan? it just sounded like she had read up on them. and those silent awkward moments omg i was cringing the whole time. & to make it worse her pale comment omfg shut up.

and honestly ppl should count how many times CL says 'you know'. she says it like 3-4 times in one sentence and I counted 25 during only a few minutes lol

it was ao annoying how she would answer every question and put her mic up to answer literally a sec after the question was asked. the other girls didnt even have a chance to raise the mic. ik they're shy but im pretty sure they would have answered if CL just stayed quiet. but w/e at least i loved some her snarky comments for this host. she probably bitched to her ppl about this host once it was done.

That was almost painful to watch. I gave up after 5 minutes the first time i tried to watch it, the interviewer was SO unprepared, unprofessional, and hard to understand sometimes. And when she asked Minji about what type of guy she likes? she didn't even translate Minji's answer! Hello?! This interview is in America! How about translating so we can understand?! I was seriously upset about this mess of an interview, probably more than I should be but, the girls are finally giving concerts in America! seems kinda dis-respective doesn't it? to toss them some incompetent interviewer?....ugh....I hope their concert in Cali goes good. I want them to come back!! Can I just say I freaking LOVE Dara's Filipino-accented English! <3 So CUTE! Wow, i seriously rambled forever...sorry...don't bite my head off

Interviewer sucked. It shouldn't be up to CL to pose questions to the other members, the interviewer should have been asking them questions herself. Also, I can understand Minzy's silence though she looked to be more engaged with the interview anyway,but Bom and Dara should still speak up more.
