Super Junior’s Donghae has transformed from a fresh young boy to a sexy man.
On August 21, the fashion magazine W Korea released an impressive pictorial of Donghae, who is currently appearing Channel A's new drama series Panda and Hedgehog with actress Yoon Seung Ah. Donghae not only revealed his healthy and cut physique, but also portrays an emotional man.
The pictorial, which was created under the concept of Me & Myself, shows Donghae’s mature look as an actor through a glass panel and gives Donghae the spotlight he deserves, as he is an idol group member that confidently grew as an individual and made a successful transformation into an actor. Donghae explained that he watched what he ate and worked out regularly for this particular role, which explained his new figure. He displayed a more sensual side of himself, both as a man and an actor.
Despite the fact that he stayed up all night promoting Super Junior’s new song Spy and shooting the drama series, Donghae surprised the crew by completely focusing on the photo shoot.
The photographer says, Donghae has become a man with a deep loving gaze in only two years from a fresh young boy that I saw in June, 2010. She seems to be right, as Donghae looks better than he’s ever had.

On stage, Wookie, Eunhyuk, & Sungmin have. Idk about Yesung, Shindong, Heechul or Kangin :/

Date: 2012-08-24 07:58 pm (UTC)I feel so bad for Henry and Mimi. Their musical talents are completely being wasted away as they're restricted to only SJM activities. Acting, whatever, that's all fun and stuff, but I believe Henry and Mimi have so much to offer musically to SJM/SJ/SM that it really is a shame they're only limited to SJM activities.
I want to see Henry pwning on the violin and Mimi writing lyrics for SJM. It's really a shame they can't contribute to SJ. EF the crazy only 13 ELFs.

Before he gained all that weight, Kangin was very handsome. His facial structure is more 'manly' than Donghae's? If I had to describe Donghae's facial structure, it'd be more along the lines of beautiful? With their SFS shoot, if we forget about the weird fishnet veil thing and the sheer black shirt, facially he looks like he belongs in a Botticelli painting. Or like Kyu says, Hae sometimes looks like he stepped out of the pages of a manga. He has really beautiful features, especially his eyes, brows, nose and jawline.

Date: 2012-08-24 01:26 am (UTC)this man! THIS MAN!!!! le sigh. i lub him. he does have a weird body (long torso and stubby legs, and barely a waist), but it is he is a full package gorgeous. and that hint of a treasure trail.
i was waiting cursing the W editors earlier for having his shirtless and his eyes closed. Donghae's biggest asset is his eyes, they are so soulful and emotional. so i was super happy when this photo popped up.
CeCi is still the better photoshoot out of the two...but this is just glorious. i love the dark moodiness of this shoot. that 2010 shoot is one of my favorite photos, i was upset there was only one released.
le sigh. Lee Donghae. my birthday is on the 31st and i've felt that he has been giving me one amazing birthday month with all these goodies and a drama i am finding beyond adorable.
side note: ugh at 24/7-Kpop as a source. i have never found any source of credit listed on their site as to where they have gotten their news. and they used a picture that was owned by a friend of mine and never acknowledged it even after being told. called them out on it on and they banned me on twitter. lol
