US Pacific. That may explain the 3 hour difference lol I think YG set the countdown to fit the time zones, which I think is really stupid.

The counter is a bit stupid and adjusts to your computer time and date settings. So if you are in different time zone you get different time as it's counting down to 00.00 on 20th August on your time zone, even if the actual release is going to be Aug 20th 00.00 KST. That's how YG counters always work.
