HaHa sends a stern warning to a student who filmed him naked at the sauna

HaHa who recently made a comeback with reggae artist Skull expressed his anger over a recent incident at the sauna.

He recently tweeted, “Hey kid. Are you happy that you took a video of me naked at the sauna?”

“Do you know that I know where you are staying? It may get hard for your parents, so take care of it and erase it,” he continued, while also warning, “Imagining you and your friends laughing while watching the video is infuriating.”

He added, “I guess you know that you did something wrong? You ran really fast… Even though I’m just a weak celebrity, this is something I can’t let go. Don’t make things get any bigger, kid… Don’t ever do this again.”

Netizens commented, “Seeing him address the person as a kid means he’s probably a student“, “I bet Haha was shocked, a naked video“, and, “Even though seeing a celebrity was probably exciting, this isn’t right”

Surprised by how many people are side-eyeing Haha rather than being sympathetic. I admit, the translation first came off a little startling when he said it would get hard for his parents, but then I thought about it. To be honest, since he is a student, the burden would fall on his parents. Even if the financial burden wouldn't fall on them the shame of him being their son and having done that would make it hard on them. (From what I understand of Korean culture)

So that in mind, I have no reason to side-eye Haha. Him being upset someone filmed him is completely within his right. I'm super body-shy, I can't imagine how much worse a celebrity would be. I can't even imagine how someone image-conscious like Heechul would take it. I bet he'd cuss them out on twitter at the drop of a hat lol.

I read the original article and if people really understood or tried to understand Korean culture, that comment would be NBD.. and he's not threatening the parents.. more like making the kid think about how this will affect his parents and trying to make him feel guilty.
