Watching Synchronize swimming. The teams are not quite as together as duets, tbh, but I was trying to do the same type of thing they do in the pool last night and OMG its hard.


And in that strange moment NBC says something useful, the product in their hair (the stuff that making it shinny and stay back) is actually unflavoried Knox Gelatin. It apparently both holds the hair back and protects it from getting too wet.

rhythmic gymnastics has all the girls who are shorter than 5' and weigh less than 100lbs. it's all hip bones and twirly ribbons and shiny balls. I can't say I'm a fan, but they do some pretty twisted stuff (pun intended)
