Win a Fan Meeting at ‘SBS K-Pop Super Concert’ in Los Angeles

Girls’ Generation will be performing at the “SBS K-Pop Super Concert in America” on August 10th at the Home Depot Center in Los Angeles, California, and the organizers of the concert have planned a special event for the fans to win a chance for a fan meeting with their favorite artists.

Each fan club will need to sell at least 1,500 tickets, and each fan who has purchased a ticket will need to register his or her name, seat, and ticket number through the event’s website (www.absolutekpop.com/fanmeet.html) in order to be counted. Ticket registration will end on August 2, 2012 at 11:59 PM PST.

Every fan club with at least 1,500 registrations will be rewarded with a fan meeting with their favorite idol group! 150 fans will be selected for the fan meeting.

If you’ve bought your ticket already, head over to the event page and register your ticket and select Soshified to count towards the 1,500 tickets we need for a fan meeting. If you haven’t bought your ticket yet, now is the perfect time! Tickets can be purchased here.

The “K-Pop Super Concert in America” is taking place just days after Girls’ Generation’s fifth anniversary, and it would be a real treat to be able to share a fan meeting with them to celebrate. Let’s get those 1,500 registrations and get that opportunity.

well this is one way to sell tickets AND to see who is popular in the States. it kinda sucks that there is only 150 fans allowed for each fan meeting. i wonder what happens to groups who don't make the 1500 tickets. i suspect GG, Shinee, 2pm, MBlaq and maybe CNBlue may be able to clear that number. i'm only throwing CNBlue in since they had that concert with FT Island in LA and may have picked up more fans.

I wonder when they will figure out Nova/DC is a mecca of kpop fans. I don't see why the need to make this into some bs contest, though. Take an extra day just for meet and greets for all the groups. They aren't as famous as they think, to build a fanbase in america and maintain what they have they, their needs to be legitimate fan interactions, not ones with all of these stings attached but w/e. I'm used to the indie scene where when a group is done preforming they just walk out and say hey to fans hah.

Why is this only 2weeks away, why do these things always seem so last minute. I wonder if they will actually stick to their promise, fans will probably get jipped because of bad scheduling and planning. These popularity contests don't always turn out the way fans want after the effort they put in promoting and encouraging others to participate. Good luck to who ever is going!
