2NE1 releases promotional video for ’1st Look’ magazine

Just a few days ago, fierce girl group 2NE1 recently featured on five different covers for ‘1st Look‘ magazine, which had fans going wild.

To give fans a look at some of the other pictures included in the pictorial, 2NE1 uploaded a special promotional video with 2NE1 and ’1st Look’ on their YouTube channel with the message,

Drawing inspiration from their Global Tour “New Evolution“, each member of 2NE1 directed their own looks for the shoot. The concept for each member’s style for their 1st Look shoot was born from a word: CL represents “style”, Bom represents “beauty”, Dara represents “relationship”, and Minzy represents “culture”.

tbh i thought they would've had a longer and better video, like the YG Ladies x ELLE video

yeah i doubt it as well, seeing as they only did five photos for the covers (from what i know) as opposed to a whole spread, i guess they wouldn't need to do an entire production for that

It's not out yet but the few picture I saw on tumblr were great.

kind of off-topic, i guess? but i was wondering how their comeback is gonna work? i thought new singles were going to come out? but how would that work when they're away touring? i'm confused and losing attention, i'm afraid.

I get you. First they had the whole "every-three-week-a-new-single" thing, but that is probably not going to happen, since they are so busy performing and practicing and such.

I don't know, I love my 2NE1 queens, but I am just overal disappointed with this whole comeback. I like the new song, but the fact that they have hardly any further promotion for it ruins it for me. They first are announced to appear on Running Man and that gets suddenly pulled out as well.

And I somehow don't see the point of a world tour when you actually only have one new song. Had they released the album in June as they promised - but didn't since they wanted to produce to the best extent possible - or if they moved the tour, it could have worked.

Ah, so disappointed.

Ugh, I know. I feel guilty, I feel like I haven't been such a 'good' fan lately. Everything about this comeback is just, so-so (with the exception of Dara's fantastic hair and yeah I guess I love you is a great song, but not really for me?) and when I talk to other blackjacks I have to keep myself from saying these things because they don't feel the same.

IDK, the whole thing just seems so unprepared and scattered. And that is so true about having a tour when they don't have any new songs out. What is the point? Oh well. They'll have better days. They're certainly improving but ugh YG (or YG ent, idk he's been really absent lately) could have handled this better.
