Sup Omona? How were your weeks?

I've spent the past few days hunched over samples preserved in ethanol and I don't think I'll ever be able to drink alcohol that actually tastes like alcohol again.

it's been good! I spent last weekend with my family and I do miss seeing the extended family, since it's rare for all of us to get together.

guys, I just found out my younger cousin is into kpop. I suggested see come visit me for the Big Bang concert, and then we could spend a day in the city, and when my uncle heard this, he offered to pay for my ticket to the concert too! YAY! Now I just need them to announce the sale date.

My coworker and I are arguing over how hot it is in our office. He's turned on the fan, but I swear it is not hot at all. He's just being a pussy.

In other news... I don't even know. My roommate and I are painting our apartment and it looks really good so far.

Also I cannot believe the shooting at the The Dark Knight Rises premiere last night. It's horrifying.

I know. This is just so senseless. Just terrifying. Hopefully now more people than ever will be serious about gun control, for starters.

That being said, I'll still go see the movie. If there's anything I learned from 9/11, Virgina Tech, and the like, it's that you can't stop living your life just because you're afraid and/or at the behest of a disturbed and evil few. Am I right?!

omg so I was talking to this boy for awhile and he mentions my love of kpop. THEN proceeds to say how he used to like it but then he realized it was stupid to like music you can't even understand. he continued to mock kpop and said something like "well super junior has like 50 million members..." and "everyone is fake etc"
