The second of four episodes featuring Super Junior on KBS 2TV's Star Life Theater has aired on July 17, 2012. KBS' Star Life Theater features the background story of the "Hallyu President," Super Junior and reveal their struggles as well as their efforts that led to their incredible success. The second episode shows behind the scenes footage of Super Junior members attending a house-warming party Eunhyuk threw for the new house he purchased for his parents.

Shindong needs more appreciation in fandom for his quick wit and MCing skills. To just come off and back on the stage like that so smoothly like nothing happened shows how skilled he is in general when it comes to hosting. Although wasn't Ryeowook wearing shoes that look somewhat like Shindong's? Wonder if he nearly slipped with those too...

I love how Eunhyuk was so concerned with the fact that other than dancing on a slippery stage they have to lie down on it at one point. LMAO kiddo why must you be the only one wearing sleeveless that day anyway. XD Agh, his interaction with Ryeowook and Donghae was so cute! Ryeowook being the doting maknae and Donghae being his usual clingy self. :3

Speaking of Eunhyuk, when I first heard the news that he bought his parents a house I was like, 'FINALLY', because frankly it's been a mystery for me, as his fan, where his money goes to. XD The members always talk about how stingy he is and I guess this is the reason why! I'm glad his family's recovered from the rough times wherein they had financial problems, and I'm so proud of him to have taken on their situation like this and it ending all positively for them.

Felt almost emotional at that scene wherein Hyuk's mom hugged Kangin for such a long time; the moms are all so doting when it comes to all the boys and I love how genuinely close they all are with each other. I'm happy there's a lot of Kangin here in this episode because really in the previous one he looked so uncomfortable and still finding his bearings. I'm glad Hyuk's mom was so welcoming to him and that the footage from MBC in general stressed about him more than usual. Hopefully the next episode will continue this route and show the bond of the members even more. :3

Oh and Sungmin's mom is so cute, hahaha! 'Your second is Sungmin, right?' LOL!

Probably the same reason why Siwon doesn't perform A-Cha and Perfection or why Kyuhyun doesn't perform Don't Don. They didn't learn the choreo or the choreo didn't feature them. They only need to appear for their parts. I'm sure they could learn it if they wanted to, but from what I've seen of the live performances, they usually don't take part if they weren't in the original choreo.

they could learn it if they wanted to,but the other members will have to adjust to the changes as well. Also, I remember someone said kangin's having a special training to keep up his dancing and he's not a great dancer to begin with.. So it's going to be an extra work for both kangin and the other members along with their packed schedule because they're promoting 6jib

This. I get the vibe that the staff or the boys themselves can't be bothered to change choreos all over again, it'd be too much work for too many people. The trouble of being a big group. :P

Anyhow there will always be new songs to dance to... as soon as they start thinking about SS5 they'll need new choreos for the SFS songs.

I think during Mr. Simple he was just discharged from the army, hence him (and/or SM) wants him to get back into shape before he shows up again in front of fans. I love our racoon oppa but I have to admit he was a bit... plump a couple months ago. LOL

this episode makes me all squealy and awwwwww-ing almost every time
I always like how they walk here and there at stage to greet their fans. And lol at them saying they will always do the lying down move even when it's raining or snowing XD good thing no one slips though...

the housewarming party is too cute... I'm tearing up when hyuk's mom hugs kangin dearly and shedding some tears :') and rofl at kyuhyun imitating his mom in front of the camera XD he's a brat!

good thing eunhyuk is able to buy his family a house :') he's really a filial son...well,I think almost all of them IS a filial son :') I also love how the parents interact with each other and how the members call other member's mom 'mom', it's cuuuuute

and now I know sungmin inherits his mom's cuteness XD he talks exactly how his mom talks..they're full of cuteness :3

I loved this episode.
Their parents look so sweet and kind-hearted and I think Kyu and his mom were hilarious.
Eunhyuk is such a good son, you can tell how happy he is. I really like the Paris painting in his room and I'm happy he has good memories of his Europe trip, he was soo kind with European fans. Oh, and let me say that his noona looks beautiful here.

oh wow! i think this is the first time i've seen parents of the members of one idol group hangout together. it's really nice that they do that. and eunhyuk is such a good son to buy his parents a house. i like how the house is designed, too.

and gosh, i want to eat shrimp, too, after seeing shindong eat one. haha!

Sungmin's cuter, imo, but Sungjin is a good-looking kid. Jongjin was working the day I visited H&G in Seoul and had a very pretty smile and quite a shy manner. Must be weird for him working there, with most of the customers sneakily staring at him most of the time.

It's nice and admirable that Hyuk bought a house for his parents. And a really nice one, too. I'd love to buy a house for my parents, as well, though I don't think I can ever do so. My parents already built up their ~dream house~ for our family back when my siblings and I were still children.

i love seeing all the suju parents together. it really does show that suju is like a family, brothers. i think the parents being together as much as they are (gatherings, businesses, and caring for each of the kids as if they are their own) really helps keep suju together - that foundation.

when Hyuk's mom hugged and cried for Kangin, seriously that was the best moment of the whole show.

This was such a sweet episode to watch. I found myself getting all emotional along with Hyukkie's mum, the way she hugged Kangin was lovely. That was a real love-filled hug!!

It is weird that I cried the moment Eunhyuk's mom saw Kangin? I mean, I cry whenever anyone else cries but it was even before she was crying. I need to get a grip.

Also! They all look so much like their moms! I saw a little of Yesung in his dad but Sungmin has his mother's face completely, Hyuk as well. It makes sense that Kyu is so snarky with a mother so docile, I bet he got away with a lot as a kid.
