Finally started working out this week. :)
I have ton of free time and I finally gained my motivation back, so I'm starting to eat healthier and exercise. Hopefully I'll spend more time outside. I feel much better and positive, which is extremely good. I'm used to having mood swings and I tend to get depressed, but I'm really content right now and full of hopes lol.

~ My question for OMONA is which are your favorite jams for exercising?
It can be Kpop/Apop (even JPop, but I'm not familiar with it), doesn't matter as long as it has a fast beat :D
