I thought the red line was the S-line because back in SHINee's Juliette days they did a CM and an article went on about Minho's perfect "S-line", showing a line similar to the red one
i always thought it was the blue line, but whenever i try to recreate the line in my head by looking at their body i can't do it and then my mind explodes
Ok, so basically no one is quite sure what the hell an s-line is supposed to look like? O.o
Well, this explains why I always get confused every time an article mentions it because I'm never entirely sure where to look lol Most Korean female figures don't seem to meet the standards of any s-line IMO XD
I always thought the S-line was the blue line. That's the only thing that made sense to me, now I am confused. SMH, they overuse the term and they don't even know what it refers to.
Well if S-line is the Blue one can't anybody have an S line? If I bend my knees, hand on my waist, stick out my boobs and my butt, I can have an S-line too!
I always thought it was Red because it's whats always silhouetted when Junsu stands. but idk
it makes more sense for it to be the blue imo, the red would just be the top curve of an s and the lower without the connecting middle part. and it would all disappear if she was standing up straight anyway lol so what is the fuss even.
are posts like that one by the grand narrative ever translated into korean and put up for discussion in places like daum? or are there even equivalents written in korean by korean bloggers and do they ever reach the mainstream? what are the reactions like?
S-line is the blue one. It includes the front and back, whereas the red one only includes the back. The S is supposed to be in the shape of an S, not a Spine Line. It's basically equivalent to an hour-glass figure.
Why would a S-line that focuses on the back matter if it were to be the red definition? Most people would have it naturally anyway, so by reason, it would be the blue one.
I always thought it was the blue line. If it's only the back, why would lots of female celebrities move/wiggle their whole upper bodies when talking about S Line. I always remember Victoria F(X) moving her upper body when talking about S Line in one of the show. Don't ask me why I always remember that image.... Actually I always thought it looks odd and awkward when people move their bodies to talk about S Line. Their bodies look fine moving like that during a dance but it looks odd when they demonstate the move.
