INFINITE announces next concert, ‘That Summer’

INFINITE has announced that they’ll be bringing together 10,000 fans for their new concert, ‘INFINITE Concert, That Summer‘.

Having sold out their first solo concert, ‘Second Invasion‘, just within five minutes of tickets going on sale in addition to selling out an additional 10,000 seats for their encore concert, ‘Second Invasion Evolution‘, the boys are looking to continue their success following their rise to the top with their recent comeback, “The Chaser“.

The members have always talked about wanting to get even closer with their fans, and instead of renting out the largest possible concert hall, the boys are aiming to shorten the gap between them and their fans by preparing a concert that will allow them to do just that.

For a total of five days starting August 8th, the boys will be holding concerts seating 2,000 fans each for a total of 10,000 fans.

The boys will be performing new arrangements and unplugged versions of their hit tracks in addition to creating special summer memories for their fans that they won’t forget for the rest of their lives.

Their company expressed, “The concert will be focused on the connection with the fans that have supported them without change since their debut. Fans will be able to see the full potential of INFINITE’s musical capabilities.”

Tickets will open through Interpark on July 12th at 8 p.m. KST.

Sounds like a really good idea, never letting the space between the group and the fans seem too big despite the fact that they're so successful.

Having to perform 5 concerts in a row must be physically demanding. But I guess if they're not doing a Second Invasion kind of concert and there's a lot of acoustic performances, talks and silly games and videos (the stuff they shot on Jejudo?) instead then it probably won't be so tough for them.

Ahh i've always wanted an idol group to host smaller, more personal concerts :)

i've always found it quite admirable when famous stars play small gigs in bars or clubs etc. So i find this nice even though it isn't exactly scaled down to the 'small gigs' im taking about xD but ehh close enough right? LOL

and i heard that infinite was releasing a mini album in august? is that true or just a rumour? >.<; coz if it's true omg i cannot be responsible or held accountable for my craziness and the spazzing that will ensue haha, only for infinite~
