Who's the guy with the long hair? Been watching their Baby Goodnight perfs lately and that dude always seems to stand out. I also really like the rapper's voice. A lot of groups seem to waste the rapper roles on the dudes who can't sing. Clearly not the case for B1A4. Their rapper's voice has depth and flow. I'm not in love with Baby Goodnight, but I have a feeling this isn't their best song. I know I could Google all of this right away, but I like hearing about groups from people over here. :)
If you're interested in giving their other songs a listen, I suggest Fooool :D It's one of their best songs imo. And it's hard for me to pick a favourite title song but OK was one of the best debut songs I've heard, and of course Beautiful Target but that seems to be more of an acquired taste.
Oh and Baro, the rapper, has a duet (Just the Two Of Us) with Min that you might want to check out!
Yes, this is a second reply, and a very late one at that. Haha. It's just that I've completely fallen in love with B1A4's music. I completely understand everyone's recommendations now. I don't know who else to talk to and since we agree on some things, here goes. Sorry about that.

Whenever my Mom likes a K-pop song, it must mean it's fundamentally good. It's just that she listens to a lot of classical and rock music. She laughs at my K-pop obsession but she always seems to compliment the better K-pop songs.
Is it just me or is Jinyoung one of the better idol-composers? It never sounds like he just played around on GarageBand, and Bling Girl (which I LOVE), Baby I'm Sorry, and Baby Goodnight do not sound similar (w/c is a good thing).

You're right it's definitely a passion. I loved that part in Sesame Player where he composes the theme song, and he keeps going on snack breaks with the ajusshis. Jinyoung seems to know what kind of song goes with what. The theme song was simple and fun. I was weirdly proud of him when the cameraman ajusshi said he'd like to download the song on his phone...AND THEN THEY ALL DANCE TO THE MUSIC. So cute.
I did daydream a bit when I found out he was supposed to be an actor. I hope he pursues at least one acting gig when he's older. Selfish request right there, haha.

I think I am the complete opposite! For the longest time the only kpop songs that played regularly on tv were Nobody and various Suju songs and I got SO annoyed and thought kpop was the devil's spawn etc. lol. But then I discovered the lulziness of MBLAQ, then B1A4 and Infinite.
I'm always swinging back and forth between CNU and Sandeul but yes it's hard to pick a fave! All of them are so cute it's annoying >:( And I live for their Engrish lol.

They're my favorite group in terms of music, they have a couple of dumb songs (mainly their singles) but a TON of the songs on their albums are really well composed. They're all really good singers, they focus on singing a lot more than dance which is kind of cool.

He really is very talented; he and the leader Jinyoung write a BUNCH of their stuff. I think Baro writes all his own raps but I'm not 100% sure. I think they're amazing, a really impressive bunch of guys.

B1A4 gets overlooked a lot because people think "Oh, they have a 'cute' concept, I don't really like that", when really they have buckets of talent and creative control and they are just cute because they can't help it. They are naturally adorbs. XD

First group I liked first for their songs and second for their lives, THEN for their personalities and looks. They always look like they're having the time of their lives. If you decide you like them enough to look more, their birthday fanmeetings are awesome. ("CNU DAy", Jinyoung Day", etc.) ^^

I love the way they kept yanking that teeny camera around to talk into it. And Sandeul is killing me! His mental breakdown over picking the most handsome member, and the Badeul married-couple bickering....
I'm not Jinyoung biased but it comes close sometimes! He's so mild and gentle, but such a hyung at the same time. He really leads them well (even if he apparently pets their faces too much XD)
I'm too shy to spam your inboxes so I'll just reply here as a form of gratitude because I ABSOLUTELY LOVE B1A4'S MUSIC!!! They're a breath of fresh air for me. (I can't generalize because I don't listen to every K-pop group out there. I know what musical identities groups are known for, but my knowledge of some groups don't go beyond their title songs.) All their voices are quite distinct but they all mesh well together. In a way, I think it's perfect "casting" in that sense. Some groups have that one member who's just a combo breaker, music-wise.
