Super Junior’s Kangin reveals his diet meals

Super Junior‘s Kangin revealed what he’s been eating lately.

On June 13th, Kangin shared the photo above on Twitter and tweeted, “My gaze is strong, right? Do you feel anything?”

The idol was last seen in amazing physical shape after his discharge from the military back in April. Now, only two months later, he looks even slimmer.

Kangin also shared a photo of his half-eaten lunch the same day with the message: “Ugh diet chicken salmon.”

Fans who noticed the singer’s sharper V-line gave words of encouragement, commenting, “I would be so miserable eating only chicken breast and salmon,” “Maybe I should follow Kangin’s meal plan too,” and “Wow, his chin line is sharp.”

There has been no official word, but he's dyed his hair, he's been dieting and working out a lot, and he's been seen at the SM building by himself and with the other members quite a few times(that picture was taken outside the SM building).

salmon is a bad diet food for someone who is afraid of fish like i am.

Salmon and Chicken are good for you. But eating the same thing every day is NOT. bodies need variation, its a basic part of nutrition. He also doesnt seem happy at all. I kind of feel bad for him. and wtf is shindong even doing? If Kangin has to diet shouldnt he have to also! (this is still miles better than what they let the women eat)

Shindong looks like he's losing weight again too. He lost a lot last year for Mr. Simple promotions, gained some (probably from crash dieting), and now, to me anyways, he's losing it again slowly (probably in a healthier way).

And I'm sure with the upcoming promotions, even if he's not on a diet now, they'll probably put him on it, but they really should just tell him to go work out since he doesn't look too big anymore anyways.

Heck. Chicken and white meat in general is delicious. And Salmon is basically the only fish I eat, he could have fared much worse.

i love both chicken and salmon but if you eat it every day it can get really boring, not to mention the fact that it's unhealthy to eat the same food every day.
