In Japanese, "douyukoto" means "what do you mean?" or "What's going on?"

So you answer by saying "Souyukoto" which means "That's what's going on" or "That's what I mean".

Shoyokoto (soy-sauce) sounds similar to "Souyukoto". So it's a play on words.

Jaejoong uses that gag alot in japan. hah.
