A childhood photo of B.A.P.‘s Jongup has surfaced online. What’s causing talk is how adorable and rebellious the young Jongup looks.
Shared during a interview, Jongup’s photo from his younger days has netizens jokingly calling him the “YMCA bully”. Because of the YMCA track suit he’s wearing and the bag that’s carelessly slung over his neck, the nickname does seem to come across as fitting. Although he was only five-years-old at the time, the aura he’s giving off would make anyone think twice about crossing him on the streets.
In the interview, Jongup discussed that advancing into elementary school was the hardest time in his life, revealing, “I remember throwing a tantrum because I didn’t want to go to elementary school, but eventually being pulled there by my mom. I don’t know why I hated it so much then, but I decided to give it a go after being bribed with a character backpack my mom bought me.”
Fans commented, “I’ll buy you a character backpack so please come get married to me,” “Your eyes were so big when you were little,” “You had an intimidating aura as a child,” and “Jongup oppa has such an innocent take on life.”
