The ninth member of the originally seven-member girl group T-ara has been revealed to be a cute middle school student named Dani.
On May 23rd, Star News managed to get hold of exclusive photos of Dani, who has been confirmed as the ninth member of T-ara.
The photos show an innocent and young-looking Dani. Her cuteness is overflowing. And as the youngest member of T-ara, her charms are a definite addition to the group.
Dani is a fourteen year old girl, living in Los Angeles. She has lived in America since she was four, and now shuttles between Korea and America as she prepares to join T-ara officially.
Dani will be taking part in the music video for T-ara's new song. Prior to that she has been introduced to fans through acting gigs. She will officially join the group after the eighth member, who will be involved with the rest of T-ara starting from July.
Previously, CEO Kim Kwangsoo of T-ara's agency Core Contents Media had announced the re-organisation, stating, "There will be two new members added to the existing seven-member group."
On May 23rd, a spokesperson from the agency said, "T-ara is aiming to start off on a new footing come this summer. They will first start promotional activities as an eight member group."
With regards to the eighth member they mentioned, "She is nineteen this year, and is blessed with both looks and talent."
Meanwhile, many hit song-writers have come together for T-ara's new album. Song-writers Jo Youngsoo and Shinsadong Tiger, who have produced hit songs for the group in the past, will also be participating this time around.
