Jw, why is there will.i.am hate from a certain few on here? I remember those 'cool but he's douchebag' comments when he first started turning up in omona. (Although from the above comments, are we past that?) I've been watching him on the Voice UK and he seems nothing but adorbs & genuinely into supporting new artists and music.
I've been wondering the same thing to be honest. I've always liked Will.I.Am, he seems like a really cool and very smart guy and I'm excited for everything he's doing with 2ne1. But whenever a high-profile American artist is announced to be working with a k-pop act people always freak out, they act like the artist isn't worthy enough to work with their biases and are all like "get out of my k-pop". Always makes me laugh because these artists are for the most part way more relevant on an international level than their biases are/ever will be.
MTE. I don't think these simple minded overly biased fans see that. Most of their oppas and unnies are fans of these people anyway, and they make good music. If they want their oppas and unnies to have MAINSTREAM successes, they have to partner with these people. Hell, they should be thankful some of these people take their time out to even speak of or work with them. K-pop s not the only thing that is hot now, so cool it stans.
I also don't get it. I mean we haven't even seen the full extent of his work. So how these haters already pass judgement and think he's gonna be another teddy riley?
i want to like it and i probably will love it when the full version hits, but i can't stand will.i.am and i know he's going to feature himself in the song somehow.
