I don't think YG would be so stupid. He must realize that as solo stars Lee Ha Yi can be almost as big as IU in Korea while Lee Michelle can be huge outside Asia.

Pretty sure she got some stage presence considering she led all the votings except the last one (and even if PJM won it were Lee Ha Yi's song covers that were selling best digitally after the finale). And I'm pretty sure YG can train her to be much better performer. It's not like she's gonna debut tomorrow, but maybe in year or two.

yeah and seunghoon also led votings but that has no bearing on his talent as he was so obviously the weakest of all the last group of finalists. i'll give it to you that she can probably get better with training, but let's be real, things based on voting and popularity in korea is not an indicator of anything.

YG is pretty much in love with Lee Seunghoon, I mean...he legit cried for him when he got eliminated! lol.
The boy's skills is basic right now, but he has the creativity,spunk and style of a YG member so It's expected that he was casted imo.

I agree about Michelle though, she was great at the beginning but when it boiled down to the back to back live performances she was falling way behind HaYi,Jimin & Ah Yeon. Hopefully YG has some sort of a "plan" for her.

all of yg seemed to love seunghoon lol and even in the looks department he isnt that great tbh. he has some good skills but idt he'll ever be a good singer, at least yg can train his other talents and emphasize those more but i was really hoping he'd get more vocal talent in his company than trainees that have skills in other areas. oh well we wont see these trainees in a long while probably so we'll have to wait and see what yg has in store i guess.

He is not just a pretty face. His talent in rapping or singing isn't good right now but he writes lyrics and choreographs. He has even choreographed for GD before in his Heartbreaker era. The companies couldn't really train them that much in the show and I'm sure that they will improve him.

Plus it's not really surprising. Everyone at YG loved Seunghoon. YG, Se7en, PSY, and GD, all have stated their love for him during the competition.

yeah but apart from that and being a good dancer, he cant sing. u dont just get the talent to sing by training, sure he can get better at it but he is still not a guy i would put in a vocalist group cause he's not talented enough. yg can make use of him other ways like how they do with taeyang who is an ok singer but a great dancer however, i was more interested in yg hiring good singers than trainees that are more talented in other areas.
